Jens: IMO we should remove as much overlap between the specs, as only possible Required,
RequiresNew, Mandatory etc. are defined in J2EE for ages. They are well accepted and work
well. I would just reuse an annotation instead of introduce another one.
We could also extract Required from the EJB spec like it was the case in Interceptors...

Add TransctionalScope as a standard scope to define beans whose lifecycle is the same as
a given transaction.
This scope should start automatically when a transaction starts (but lazily when actually
needed).
