"validation" as plugin name sounds good to me :)
Regarding the work done I would like to do more stuff before adding it to the master.
Nevertheless, if you want to integrate it now, no problem for me. By the way I'm okay
to work with pull requests.

The aim of this plugin is to allow the user to setup Bean Validation, add contraints,
create new custom constraints... As we discussed with Lincoln this plugin has to be part
of the JavaEE builtin plugins (Bean Validation is part of JavaEE 6).
