Create a project that uses JPA... like in the reference docs examples for
creating a basic EE webapp.
You wouldn't want to install JPA into the hibernate-tools-plugin itself,

Its a new installation. I did not modify anything. I'm running on Windows 7 SP1.
I can manually locate the D:\jboss\forge-1.0.0.Alpha3\lib\aether-api.jar file though.
