I believe he is asking for the runtime, not the tooling. Community Teiid runtimes are here: Downloads · Teiid (http://teiid.jboss.org/downloads/) Supported Data Virtualization is here: http://www.jboss.org/products/datavirt/get-started/ But since you seem to be on a network that requires a proxy then that is not something we can help circumvent except by getting on a network that does not require a proxy or find the instructions for how to get access to download through the proxy.
