I downloaded the samples but I did not find any trace of svn metadata in these samples. Any chance you have a .svn folder higher up in the file hiearchy that might be triggering this auto svn sharing ? In any case, I think you can safely ignore this error in context of using the samples since its a background task attempting to autoshare projects that look like they are to be in a svn repository.
