Item 3 looks like a refactoring bug in that we have org.eclipse.equinox.p2.publisher.EclipseGenerator but want com.jboss.jbds.product.EclipseGenerator or refer to com.jboss.jbds.product.EclipseGenerator when we should use org.eclipse.equinox.p2.publisher.EclipseGenerator. Item 2 could be fixed by adding that to the target platform. Item 1 might require that we rebuild the repo w/ pack200 disabled, or perhaps just regen the metadata with FeaturesAndBundlesPublisher to strip out the extra metadata.
