Is there any possibility to extend the code style templates within JBossDeveloper Studio

I can import/export existing templates but in case of a new one (i.e. filter?)

Not sure what you mean by a new template for filter.
If one
tries to use the wizard(s) to create a new file like *i.e.* a filter no custom code style
template is inserted in the new one.
In order to be able to use a more fine-grained code style template insertion. Its a
bit annoying even you want to insert specific things like Variables or Annotations but not
on every new class-file, right?
Perhaps this will help?
