As requested, we waited on pushing the default version in the parent pom
from Kepler M5 to M6 per the new "give people time to test it first" policy.

Otherwise the local builds are not going to fail when they should
and it seems wrong if jenkins builds are using Alpha3-snapshot why
the current parent snapshot is not using it.
