Should we create new component in JBoss Tools repository?
I'd name it 'soap' and create usual structure for it plugins, features,
tests and docs.
Nothing to do with soap.
It should be called esb.
You might have meant soa but that is just the "overarching" name for the
platform that includes ESB+JBPM+Drools,
like EAP is it for JBossAS+Seam.
