Snjezana reminded me on how simple this can be done...just have a split pane with two
arrows pointing up/down.

Minimal and functional. (as long as the visual editor will stop receiving updates when it
is hidden.

2. Show Source with two states (source visible/source invisible)
3. Show Visual (visual visible/visual invisible)
These are toggle buttons, like Synchronize on Package Explorer.
