[jbosstools-dev] Include Sapphire in JBT 4.40.0.Beta1 target platform?

Hi all, Here is a proposal for a new 4.40.0.Beta1-SNAPSHOT target platform: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-target-platforms/pull/40 It consists in the following changes: * JBIDE-16665 Add Sapphire to Luna M6-based Target Platform Please review this PR and yell if there is anything shocking.
