From last f2f meeting I remember it is a plug-in that tests
performance, persists results, then it could be executed again on new version of JBT and
compare performance results with previous version to see if performance is still the same.
Yes, it looks like its using/mimicking the org.eclipse performance test framework - but I
dont recall seeing any results from it nor can I spot it being used (at least not in svn)
