soa runtime detection component ==
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-runtime-soa
Changed because as/seam detection migrated into AS component, which is now in Server, but
the SOA Runtime Detection stuff is still on its own as a separate component (which should
be one day migrated into bpel, jbpm, and esb).
That has not changed nor moved functionality wise.
And by changing it you changed history too - which is why I changed it back since its
wrong.
If anything a *new* soa runtime detection runtime component should be done, but I
don't see great value in that, but if you really want such I'm ok for that - but
that is an *add* not a rename.

JIRA. I understand that it is in the jboss-base repo in git. But those repos don't
necessarily align 1-1 to JIRA components. So the question is: What JIRA component should
we use if we log a bug for detection of jbossas runtime? In the past we used the runtime
detection component in JIRA, but that is now non-existant.
