Content Assist doesn't show EL propolals within <style> tag content:

To reproduce the issue add the <style>-tag (for example, like shown above), then put the cursor inside the EL instead of "|"-character in example above and press Ctrl-Space.
FAIL: There are no EL proposals shown.
