Do the line numbers match up between the debugger and if using Eclipse as the JS editor? I assume so I like that you are showing this in the context of a Cordova-based app, those are not easily loaded up in regular Chrome for debugging. As far as Chrome vs JavaFX goes...our userbase would prefer to have access to Java 7 even if that means they must install Chrome to get this capability working - as it goes right now, I believe a large percentage of HTML5-focused developers know they need Chrome (I hope) as it is primarily how most thought leaders/HTML5 evangelists demo it.
