um... wow. that's a very weird bug. very weird. I kinda laugh at it because I didnt
expect to replicate.

Supposing you have created java project and archive within it. If you open fresh
workspace, import this project and try to invoke context menu of archives in Project
Explorer view, nothing happens.
In error log there are few errors with the same message from plugin
