No this editor will not be part of JBT anymore. This fix version means that in release
notes for 3.2.1.CR2 has to be written that Guided Drools Rule Editor was removed from
JBT.

It's not possible to create new Guider Rule via menu File > New > Drools. Tree
item "Guider Rule" is missing in wizard tree.
When trying to open guided rule file created with previous version of JBDS there is
missing option "Guided Rule Editor" in "Open With" context menu of
selected guided rule file.
