The common debug control commands have been moved out of the Debug view and into the
global toolbar. See

Re: Toolbar Icon Spacing, the issue is caused by an incorrect definition of the
com.jboss.jbds.product.product ext. point.

The spacing of the icons in the JBDS6 toolbar is not "neat" when compared to
JBDS5.
Also, in the JBoss Perspective, I am not sure why there are debugger icons in the toolbar
- that is new in JBDS6/Juno - they were not there in JBDS5.
