I don't think i understand this issue properly. When would anyone mark deployable a
project instead of a folder? How can I tell if the project is in proper format to be
marked deployable?
Mark as deployable should check if the project it self could be
deployed and inform user

just had a walkthrough by QE which uses "Mark as deployable" and not realizing
they were deploying it "wrong" :)
