I suggest this gets done before we release since if JBDS 8.0 doesn't support the
command i becomes tricky to write cheatsheets that supports this even when JBDS 8.1 comes
out.

The name of the command to be executed should be accepted as a parameter so that it can
be directly launched from an Eclipse cheatsheet, instead of merely guiding the user to the
quick access menu.
