My custom DropAdapter acted just like the CommonDropAdapter, except I
couldn't subclass CommonDropAdapter because the class was final.
To clarify, it acted just like the CommonDropAdapter *except* it removed the requirement
that the dragged item be an "acceptable child". It leaves it up to the drop
assistant to determine what is or is not acceptable.
