You did not set a default for the given execution environment. This is done in the
execution envrironment sub-page for the jre properties. There you can set the default for
each execution environment. Otherwise, the execution environment (aka java1.6) has no
default jre, and so it takes the first one of the list.
I've modified this to see if the workspace default is in the list of matching ones

When you start Eclipse with java 1.7, but you set the default in Eclipse to java 1.6 and
then you add a new server (e.g. as7) it will be launched with java 1.7 instead of 1.6.
