for information, I created a PR whcih should remove this limitation in Vagrant:
https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/pull/7967 if you have more power than me to have it
reviewed/tested/merged it might be simpler than to have a check in the devsuite installer

Considering every component from currently provided stack is optional for installation
there is no reason to block installation process on Target Install Folder selection page
in case user has space in his profile folder name (home folder). It should be reported on
Confirmation page when vagrant is selected for install. It should not block installation
for OpenJDK and DevStudio only.
