we got a pretty nice console in Forge...and the intent is just ease-of-access and not
requiring command line access.

it seem to now be possible to do:
ssh <key>@<apphost> rhcsh
to get an "openshift shell" with what feels/looks like a protected shell.
Would be nice to have that setup for access/usage in tools.
