Is there a specific reason we need these duplicate tests? Shouldn't runtime-soa only test the runtimes provided by the runtime-soa component, esb drools jbpm etc? This seems nuts to have duplicate test plugins, especially when they don't test anything new and the originals have been changed substantially.
