I could agree that there are duplicate keys I guess, but the database create script is
included above. However, when I created all of this data w/o the data in the database I
get the user interface I would expect. When I add to the database the UI does not end up
like it is when I generate it after deleting my project and recreating it. I am pretty
sure generating this does something odd since the original run through of loading the data
does not produce the UI I get on the 2nd generation on a clean rebuild of the project. I
just went through this process again, and am finding the exact same behavior.

When running reverse engineering of tables that have existing data odd UI components are
created as show in the attached screen shot. Extra tabs are created when trying to create
new records.
