Same issue when using a separate class loader via jboss-app.xml, e.g.
<loader-repository>
myapp.de:loader=myapp.ear
</loader-repository>
This is useful when using a separate log4j.xml so that JBoss' central jboss-log4j.xml
isn't to be changed

When I create an exploded archive in Project archives view, and deploy it on a running
server, I get errors from the server caused by the fact that the server sees an incomplete
directory while the ear is being built.
If I first add the archive to the server and then start the server, it works correctly.
