This exception is not related to Seam facet. Something went wrong when you was install Dynamic Web Facet (it's Eclipse WTP, not JBoss Tools). Configuration "Dynamic Web Project with Seam 2.2" is just a set of two facets: Dynamic Web Facet and Seam 2. I don't know why WTP (Eclipse Web Tools) couldn't get Web Content Folder for your project.
