Rob Stryker updated JBIDE-6580:
-------------------------------
Fix Version/s: LATER
(was: 3.2.0.M2)
Included in M2 is RSE support for regular jboss server types. rse support for the ssh
server adapter is not a priority.
SCP deployer should use RSE

Key: JBIDE-6580
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-6580
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: JBossAS
Affects Versions: 3.2.0.M1
Reporter: Max Rydahl Andersen
Assignee: Rob Stryker
Fix For: LATER
I took a look at SCP deployer this week and I really think we should use the RSE's
api's for remote access instead of add our own.
i.e. the RSE ones actually work on my local SSH deamons without having to change settings
where as I can't get our SSH to connect without auth errors.
Would also give less ui to maintain and generally be simpler.
