Brian Fitzpatrick updated JBIDE-5732:
-------------------------------------
Fix Version/s: LATER
(was: 3.1.0.CR2)
Heard from Kurt today...
Oh just read you are tying to use the eclipse tool; this only supports
UDDIv2. We are now on UDDIv3. One of the developers on the jUDDI project
is interested to work on an eclipse plugin for UDDIv3, but at the moment there is nothing
but the web-based uddi-console, which really is mostly a browser.
So the upshot is that the Web Service Explorer doesn't work with the UDDIv3 repository
out of the box. For now we'll have to use the web-based UDDI-console that ships with
jUDDI and look into solving this problem in the future.
Web Services Explorer and UDDIv3 Inquiry WSDL
----------------------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-5732
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5732
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Webservices
Reporter: Burr Sutter
Assignee: Feng Qian
Fix For: LATER
Attachments: soapUI_UDDI_Inquiry_Service.jpg, uddi_inquiry.wsdl,
Web_Services_Explorer_UDDI_Inquiry_Service.jpg
I was able to test the Web Services Explorer following these instructions:
http://community.jboss.org/wiki/CreatingaJSR181WebServiceusingJBTJBDSTooling
Hello World works well but the UDDIv3 Inquiry service provided by jUDDI does not, if you
are running SOA-Pv5 this WSDL can be found at:
http://localhost:8080/juddiv3/services/inquiry?wsdl
This WSDL works fine in soapUI.
I will upload the WSDL as well as some screenshots.
