I've forgotten to mention that when using a separate class loader then undeployment
doesn't work at all. You have to shutdown JBoss and remove the exploded dir manually

When I create an exploded archive in Project archives view, and deploy it on a running
server, I get errors from the server caused by the fact that the server sees an incomplete
directory while the ear is being built.
If I first add the archive to the server and then start the server, it works correctly.
