Our editor provides properties sheet page from the text editor, no matter either source or
visual tab is active. We only slightly modify properties page provided by WTP's HTML
editor. And on comparing, in my opinion our editor works with Properties view in the same
way as WTP's JSP editor. So, I suggest to move this issue to UpStream and LATER.

Properties View -> View Menu -> New Properties View; in both should be one content
for one selected item if no pin - but this is not true, or better to say - it is not
always a true - try to open one more properties view for "Web Page Editor",
switch between VPE and WPE...
