Steps to Reproduce:
EXEC: install SpringIDE from extras site
EXEC: open welcome page again using Help->Welcome
ASSERT: welcome page looks OK

EXEC: start JBDS on empty workspace
EXEC: close welcome page
EXEC: open welcome page again using Help->Welcome
ASSERT: welcome page looks OK
Environment: JBDS 5.0.0.M3-H28 with installed Spring IDE
