These error messages come from Eclipse XML Validator. It references to
Sun's/Oracle's tag libs.
index.xml is open in Eclipse XML Editor. And Eclipse XML validator finds some errors in
related JSF tag library descriptors. We should investigate whether it's a bug of
Eclipse XML Validator or Sun's tag lib descriptor.
