It seems that Livereload stopped working on simple pages like:

<html>
<head>
<title>Insert title here</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Hello World</h1>
</body>
</html>

But at the same time it works fine with some complex projects like
jboss-as-kitchensink-html5-mobile & https://github.com/ibuziuk/cordovasim-demo
