Problem here is that the JBT/JBDS TP is in lockdown for GA release.
So... I recommend this.
a) pull a mirror of the latest Eclipse BPEL bits using an ant/p2.mirror [1] or
maven/tycho-p2/mirror script [2], and put the bits here [3].

Also, be sure that if new features have been added (or obsolete ones removed) that the
category.xml/site.xml files for JBoss BPEL, JBT/JBDS SOA site [7], [8], [9] are updated
accordingly.

During creating a new BPEL project using a wizard there is an option for creating new
server runtime.
But there are two problems:
1. The list of types of runtime enviroment is empty
2. After checking "Create a new local server", this label with checkbox
disappear
