Trying to reproduce from steps in orig. problem statement. However, now getting this due
to disconnect between version of Eclipse used to INSTALL com.jboss.jbds feature(s) and
version of Eclipse used to BUILD JBDS features. Apparently they must be the same. Even
having a newer Eclipse 4.2.1.Final (installing) vs. 4.2.1.CR1 (building) won't work --
looks like they MUST be the same. :(

2. Help > Install new
3. Add the following sites (sorry, VPN required!)
