Jiri,
You need to left-click to select the background, then the menu context will change.
I have done some modifications to make the right-click action can active the background ,
and it can work well in Windows , I will find a way to fix it in Linux

1. Have a smooks configuration
2. Define Input task and Java Mapping
3. In Java Mapping Selected Task Details
4. When click on blank are for adding java class, context menu is set for element
Desired behaviour: Context menu with "Add Java Class" item should be available
whenever user click on blank area no matter what
