This is a result of https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-9009
There was a conscious decision to remove these half-functional buggy menu items that never
fully functioned and caused errors.
Project Archives Context Menu is missing menu items.

Context Menu of Project within Project Archive view is missing these menu items:
"WAR","EJB JAR","EAR". Only available menu item is
"JAR".
JBDS 5.0.0.M2 has all those 4 menu items available..
