Well, I was able to generate client code in a user-defined folder just like before. Just
select your .apt-gen source folder on the second page of the Web Service Client wizard.
The issue was more with the fact that the code being generated is being seen as invalid.
But we found a workaround. If you go into the Java Build Path for the project, look at the
Order and Export tab. Move the "JBoss 7" runtime to be above the "JRE
System Library" entry. Then your code is valid again and all is good with the world.
Let me know if that works for you. Max Andersen figured that little trick out. :)
At this point we don't have a way to do the library flip flip automatically, but this
is a more consistent workaround in the meantime.
Not generate clientsample codes in user-created folder on JBoss web
services, only in src folder.

Web Services deployment is ok! But generating clientsample codes is failed in
user-created folder.
clientsample codes is generated only in default 'src' folder.
