When we release JBT 4.2.3 and JBDS 8.1.0, we need to remember to add 1 new feature,
org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.feature.patch, into both the JBT 4.2 and JBDS 8 (Luna) Eclipse
Marketplace connectors.
