The BugZilla issue (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=332072) is fixed for WTP
3.3M7, so probably it will be possible to fix the issue after Eclipse 3.7M7/WTP 3.3M7
become available.
Code assist for #{messages['...']} should suggest properties
when user types "[".
