For the moment I changed the title of the blog post (replaced '&' with
'and'), so that M5 users can see the blog entry and also added a quick'n dirty
fix that replaces all standalone &'s with {noformat} &{noformat} in
trunk.
However we need a proper long-term solution that escapes all kind of xml entities.
