Made a commit on the linked issue for ADDING the file to git. It seems a folder refresh
was needed before executing the git add to tracked resource operation.
However, make sure you know, simply "removing" from the server view is not
enough. A publish must also occur or the file won't be deleted.
openshift remove a binary does not remove it from deployments folder

EXECUTE: deploy b.war project to openshift A as a binary
ASSERT: b.war is in A/deployments/b.war
EXECUTE: right click b.war in server view and click "Remove" and answer yes.
ASSERT: b.war is not in A/deployments anymore.
