Resolution: Done
The fix checks the path to the driver jar and if it does not point to the current plug-ins
driver jar we can assume that the plug-in has been updated. So we repoint the path to the
driver to the new location.
Teiid preview connections can be broken by eclipse update.

Existing connections used for the Teiid Designer's preview capability can be broken
if the plug-in is updated. Designer should validate the connection before using it for
preview. Specifically Designer should validate that the required jars exist and replace
the bad values for the jars with the correct values for the jars if they do not exist.
