Snjezana Peco commented on JBIDE-2215:
--------------------------------------
sourcePathComputers is used only to find class and source files when debugging.
I have tested user libraries and jars added to the WEB-INF/lib. The source lookup
doesn't work when using generic sourcePathComputers (JBoss Tools and wtp use this ext.
point).wtp 3.0 behaves the same way.
I have committed the changes to the trunk and 2.1.x branch. After these changes, user
libraries will work correctly, ordinary jars won't have to be added to the Source
tab.
We probably need to enter a bug against wtp.
Unable to add User Library as Source Lookup Path to AS/EAP server.

Key: JBIDE-2215
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBIDE-2215
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: JBossAS
Affects Versions: 2.1.0.CR1
Reporter: Galder Zamarreno
Assigned To: Snjezana Peco
Fix For: 2.1.0.GA
I'm wanna be debugging an AS/EAP instance using
the binaries and attach source code that I'm using for
my project but it's not working.
Example, I have a project called ejb3-beans that uses
a User Library called eap-4.3.0.ga and within it, I have
different jars and attached source code to them.
Now, if I go to the launch configuration of the EAP 4.3
server, I go to the source tab and try to add a new path
which points to a Java Library/User Library, which is
eap-4.3.0.ga, but it doesn't work. No source code is
pulled and trying to expand the user library in the source
lookup path is unable to do so. No error is reported.
