If there is no any @Local interface then we check if the method is public. Well, it seems that we should improve it. 1. If 0 interfaces and the method is public - it's a business method (already implemented) 2. If N interfaces and no @Local - the method should be defined at least in one implemented interface. Otherwise it's not a business method (should implement this rule) 3.
