Resolution: Duplicate Issue
Improving of warnings for overwriting files is already covered by other issues.
That packages will be generated in weird places is not something we can "fix"
since the user actually tells us to do that ;)

EXECUTE: Select Domain code(.java) and DAO code(.java) on Exporters tab
FAILURE: 1. Files will be generated in NewFolder in package org.domain.{project
name}.entity if it was source folder
2. Files will be generated using such path: NewFolder -> org
-> domain -> {project name} -> entity if NewFolder was created as simple
folder.
Generated classes marks with error marker.
