Yes of course, i executed the set command and immediately executed the DevStudio
installer, all in the same command window.
In case it helps you to replicate the error, my TMP user variable for windows is still :
%USERPROFILE%\Configuración local\Temp
Windows installation in spanish, your prolly is Local Configuration, no accents there.
