The plugin.xml changes provided by Vitaly cannot be applied to JSP text editor, because it
cannot depend on VPE plug-ins.
However, the same code works well while applied on VPE's plugin.xml (see the patch
attached)
Vitaly/Yahor, please, review the attached patch and apply as fix for the issue in case
your testing succeeds.
